Longer, but same Answer:  Homeschooling laws in the United States don't begin until 5 or 6 and in some states 7 years old. While all states permit homeschooling, the rules depend on each state’s compulsory attendance age, notification conditions, subject requirements, and assessment obligations. In general that means there aren't regulations required to homeschool preschool.
