Is Indiana easy to homeschool in?

Oh, yeah! According to the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), Indiana is one of the most homeschool-friendly states. Indiana law requires parents or guardians to provide equivalent instruction to the public schools in certain subjects, but it doesn't define "equivalent instruction" or prescribe a specific curriculum or require standardized testing. Families appreciate the freedom, flexibility and support available to homeschoolers in Indiana through the state organization of the IAHE. For the most up-to-date and accurate information, it's recommended to directly consult the HSLDA.
